Being on cloud 9 is about being very very happy, in ecstacy, on a high, or, for buddhists on the last but one step towards enlightenment needed to become a buddha. It is hard to know what being on cloud 11 is like. The aim of this blog is to provide a space for people to share their thoughts, ideas, fantasies and artistry to help us find out.
